Hi Yogis! I’m Sofia Sifuentes, a 200-hour registered yoga instructor from El Paso, Texas. I received my certification in Hawaii at the Maui Yoga and Dance Shala. Where I trained in various disciplines such as: power yoga, restorative, gentle flow, vinyasa, and guided meditation.

From energizing flows to quiet meditations, I’ve dedicated my life to teaching yoga to help others heal physically, mentally, and spiritually.
